Which projectors does this work on? ＋
We support China-market XGIMI (Z6X, Z8X, H3S, Horizon, RS Pro, RS 10, RS 20 and others) and JMGO (N1, N1 Air, O2, O3, O3 Ultra and others). If your model is not on the list, write to us — we add new ones regularly.
Is this safe? Will it brick my projector? ＋
Yes. AmnesiaOS installs as an ordinary Android application — we never flash firmware, never unlock the bootloader and never open the case. That is exactly why it cannot brick your projector, unlike the ROM-flashing guides you will find on forums. Every build is compiled for your specific serial number, so it physically cannot affect another unit.
What happens when a firmware update arrives? ＋
Nothing. AmnesiaOS sits at system level and survives firmware updates. After an update your projector is still in English. In the rare case something does change, we rebuild your file and send it free of charge.
Which apps come with it? ＋
After the install you get YouTube without ads, Stremio, Nuvio, Plex, Jellyfin, TiviMate, Twitch, ESPN, UEFA, VLC and MX Player, plus the Emotn Store for anything else. All system menus, settings and notifications are in English as well.
How long does the install take? ＋
About 15–20 minutes from receiving your file to a projector fully in English. Two or three of those go on downloading the file and copying it to a USB stick, and 5–10 minutes on the install itself. No special skills are needed.
Can I use one file on several projectors? ＋
No. Each build is tied to the serial number of one specific device and will not run on another projector. A second projector needs its own build. This is not a restriction for its own sake — it is how we guarantee the file matches your exact hardware.
Where do I find my serial number? ＋
The serial number is in several places: on the sticker on the projector body (usually underneath or on the back), under Settings → About, and on the box or warranty card. It looks something like XL1234AB56789.
What if something goes wrong? ＋
Write to us — we do not disappear once you have paid. Support runs over email and Telegram, and most issues are solved remotely in 10–15 minutes. If AmnesiaOS does not work through our fault, we fix it or refund you.
